Frequently Asked Questions

Learn more about the difference you can make with a revolutionary children’s franchise

What experience do I need to become a franchise owner with Minds of Tomorrow?

An interest in developing technology and creative skills in the next generation and a passion for working with children are key traits we look for in franchise owners. Strong business management skills and experience in business operations also help. If you don’t have experience in the education services or tutoring industry, we are prepared to offer training, support and resources that can help you build your children’s franchise.

What is provided as part of the Minds of Tomorrow franchise program?

Our training and support program for franchise owners begins the moment you invest in a Minds of Tomorrow franchise of your own. You and one other team member will participate in introductory training for five days at our flagship facility in Miami, Florida. When you launch your franchise, representatives of Minds of Tomorrow will provide virtual assistance for you and your team during the first week of operations. Virtual support will be available as needed as you grow your business. You will also have ongoing access to our detailed operations manual, a go-to resource to help guide your daily business activities.

Is financing available?

We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners. However, we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.

Are there ongoing fees to pay?

Yes. We collect a royalty rate of 8% of gross revenues, which helps fund our ongoing support services, training materials and more. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Are there any advertising fees?

Yes. Franchisees will be required to spend a minimum 3% of gross revenues quarterly on local marketing efforts, following guidance and templates we provide. Franchise owners also contribute up to 2.5% of gross revenues to the brand marketing fund, which is managed by the franchisor. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies and materials to help promote the Minds of Tomorrow brand and the franchise network overall. A technology fee of $250 per month helps fund reinvestment in technology tools and upgrades. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

What is the term of the agreement?

The initial term of your franchise agreement is five years, with three renewal terms of five years each.
