Kids will learn to create their own YouTube tutorial videos. They will take charge and do it all: from choosing the type of content, to, to creating and editing, creating shorts to share their video with others, making sure other kids learn about it and can access it.
From coming up with the concept to producing the video, to adding music and effects to posting, publishing and promoting, this program has it all to help our kids not only become the most creative minds but the best, role models for others to come along.
Direction
Kids will brainstorm their episode of the MoT YouTube channel. This will include a tutorial style video on any type of technology used in the studio. They will then create their intro card using Canva.
Recording
Kids will learn the tricks of the trade for recording videos. They will start with the basics - lighting, sound, and position. They will then practice with three challenges on making sure they are experts.
Editing
Kids will learn editing tricks in CapCut. They will focus on all the tools CapCut can offer. Once they practice, they will attempt three challenges that combine recording and editing.
