Kids will code their own game modifications for Minecraft including engineering aspects that will bring the game to life. By the end, they will have a custom mod pack for Minecraft.
Mods (short for “modifications”) are changes made to the game to alter the original gameplay. Creative minds and aspiring programmers enjoy creating mods by accessing Minecraft’s source code and making changes to in essence code their own version of the game.
Your Craft:
MoTs will learn about gaming mods and brainstorm ideas for their first modpack.
Tinkercad Structures:
MoTs will learn to bring their Tinkercad creations into Minecraft as a structure file.
