Flying Pioneers: Summer Camp'24

Reach for the stars by launching into our “Flying Pioneers” camp! Ignite your imagination with the magic of coded fireflies and fly into the world of aviation as you construct a propeller plane, build a kite, and experience the thrill of skydiving through VR technology.  Campers will master the art of drone flying, and engage in parachute games that will have them soaring through the air.

Our mentors are students from technical and creative backgrounds that enjoy empowering children and are outstanding roles models for the kids all summer long.

Fireflies: Kids will emulate the blinking lights of flying fireflies using Micro:Bits through building and coding in Make:Code.

Make It Fly: Kids will learn coding strategies in Scratch to create their own flying planes!

Launch a Rocket: Kids will build their own rocket and launching contraptions using pvc pipes. Outside, they will launch their rockets to the sky!
